Breakfast of Champions


Good morning sunshine! I've been on a little health kick lately and recently invested in a blender (not this AHHMAZING copper one but isn't she pretty?!). The addition of this particular kitchen gadget can only mean one thing... smoothies and lots of them. I'm really enjoying starting my day with an extra boost of nutrients and my skin, hair and overall glowiness are starting to thank me for it! My favorite way to drink a smoothie? In a mason jar with a fun drink accessory!


My go-to liquid breakfast: 

2 tablespoons greek yogurt
1 ripe banana
6 or 7 strawberries, stems removed
blueberries
pineapple chunks
crushed ice
& a heaping handful of baby spinach

Blend and enjoy... yum!
